Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Mexico and select international destinations. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address.
Shipping costs
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Other countries: Calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak seasons.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email. Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update after shipment.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at shopifyroldan@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
