Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Glowbit projector. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and projection films.

To start a return, email us at shopifyroldan@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different pack is to return your item and place a new order.
